Olivia is the reference coordinator and joined SCUA in 2017. In her role, she is responsible for answering the majority of reference questions and ushering photoduplication, AV, and image request orders through the system. She loves to connect patrons to the sources and information they are looking for. Olivia also assists in coordinating the schedule and services in the reading room. Olivia earned a BA in history and political science from the University of Iowa and an MLIS from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
