Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA) hosts and curates exhibitions that celebrate all members and facets of the Iowa State University community. SCUA welcomes exhibitions that highlight the experiences, achievements, and memories of people and organizations reflecting the university's major research areas and the history of the university.

Please complete this form at least one semester prior to the proposed exhibition. Proposals received after that deadline may not be considered or may have an alternative exhibition period suggested by the Exhibition Committee.

For example, faculty advisor to a student organization, professor for a specific course, thesis advisor, etc.

This title does not need to be final.
Briefly describe the exhibition’s focus, purpose, themes, target audience(s), and what it aims to achieve. 
 

Preferred exhibition dates

For example, coordinating with a special event/visit/anniversary, due dates/academic calendar requirements, etc.
Briefly describe the SCUA collection items (including collection titles and numbers, if known), materials owned by an exhibitor/to be donated to SCUA, or academic and creative works inspired by SCUA collection materials that may be included in the exhibition (this list does not need to be comprehensive or final).
 
Please include any additional information. For example: cost-sharing budget; ideas for related public programming (presentations, workshops, lectures, etc.); anticipated space/case needs; or level of curatorial experience or support needed.
